The “DINO Design: Contemporary Perspectives”
competition, organized by the Kalasin Provincial Cultural Office, engaged eight Multimedia Technology students from Sripatum University Khon Kaen Campus, reaching the final round among six top teams. This initiative provided real-world creative industry experience, strengthened teamwork, problem-solving, and public presentation skills, and encouraged innovation with unique cultural design concepts. It aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by extending learning beyond the classroom, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through professional-like competition environments, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) by fostering creativity and industry relevance. The project also supported gender inclusion (SDG 5), equal opportunities for all students (SDG 10), and contributed to cultural engagement at the provincial level (SDG 11). Collaboration with cultural agencies and the creative sector exemplifies SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), reflecting SPU’s proactive commitment to impactful, sustainable student development in line with THE Impact Rankings.
