Sripatum University Khon Kaen empowers high school and vocational students with knowledge in logistics, supporting SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 9, and SDG 17 through a dynamic outreach initiative.
On November 25, 2024, the College of Logistics and Supply Chain at Sripatum University Khon Kaen launched a powerful outreach campaign aimed at introducing the fundamentals of logistics to youth in secondary and vocational education. The project, titled “College Public Relations Project,” highlighted the crucial role of logistics in today’s fast-evolving economy and addressed the increasing demand for skilled logistics professionals.
By combining informative talks, multimedia presentations, and interactive activities, the project encouraged over 50 participants to explore logistics education and career pathways. Students learned about the importance of supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and global competitiveness—core pillars of SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
With the collaboration of faculty members, local venues, and promotional media, the event also reinforced SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by showcasing how academia and community can jointly inspire future professionals.
Through engaging and well-structured initiatives like this, Sripatum University continues to champion education that supports national growth and global sustainability. By nurturing the next generation of logistics professionals, SPU is building the human capital needed for a thriving, resilient, and inclusive economy.
