The “Work Readiness and Professional Training Project” by SPU’s Faculty of Accountancy addresses multiple SDGs by enhancing students’ employability and ethical standards. It supports SDG 1 by equipping low-income students with market-relevant skills. SDG 3 is advanced through workplace well-being and stress management awareness. SDG 4 benefits most via practical accounting workshops and real-world learning. SDG 5 ensures gender-equal participation in training. SDG 8 is strongly aligned through targeted pre-employment preparation. SDG 9 links to industry collaboration with experts.

SDG 10 fosters inclusion via anti-discrimination measures. SDG 16 is promoted through guest lectures from law enforcement, reinforcing integrity. Finally, SDG 17 strengthens partnerships with external agencies to achieve sustainability goals. While other SDGs are not directly related, the project’s core contributes to quality education, decent work, and ethical institutional development, amplifying long-term social and economic impact.
